APC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,577 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL34, KHSRP, and NOVA2. Each is linked with APC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APC2-to-partner and partner-to-APC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APC2 versus RPL34 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
