APC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,576 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDRG4, FCER2, and KCNA1. Each is linked with APC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APC2-to-partner and partner-to-APC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APC2 versus NDRG4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
