APC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,114 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF2C, BTG3-AS1, and RNA5SP336. Each is linked with APC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APC2-to-partner and partner-to-APC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF2C grouped by APC2-low versus APC2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
