APC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,563 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAPPC13, SCAI, and ERCC8. Each is linked with APC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APC2-to-partner and partner-to-APC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC13 grouped by APC2-low versus APC2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
