APC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,727 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APC_S2449, APC_T1438, and LRPPRC. Each is linked with APC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APC-to-partner and partner-to-APC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APC versus APC_S2449 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APC→partner) and Y-score (partner→APC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
