APC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,032 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAST4, PCDHB10, and PCDHB14. Each is linked with APC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APC-to-partner and partner-to-APC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APC versus MAST4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APC→partner) and Y-score (partner→APC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
