Across TCGA cell cohorts, APC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,926 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein localization to centrosome, Microtubule anchoring, and Negative regulation of microtubule depolymerization. Each is linked with APC in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APC-to-partner and partner-to-APC results are reported.
