APC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 597 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APC-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS26A, KIF3A, and DENND10. Each is linked with APC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APC-to-partner and partner-to-APC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VPS26A grouped by APC-low versus APC-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APC→partner) and Y-score (partner→APC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
