APBB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APBB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,180 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APBB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PEAK1, TIMP3, and VCAN. Each is linked with APBB2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APBB2-to-partner and partner-to-APBB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APBB2 versus PEAK1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APBB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APBB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
