APBB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APBB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,101 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APBB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JCAD, ADGRA2, and TIMP3. Each is linked with APBB2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APBB2-to-partner and partner-to-APBB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APBB2 versus JCAD in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APBB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APBB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
