Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APBB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,036 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APBB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ46, MTHFD2P5, and SAAL1. Each is linked with APBB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APBB2-to-partner and partner-to-APBB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ46 grouped by APBB2-low versus APBB2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APBB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APBB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
