The most reproducible APBB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, MEK1, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with APBB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APBB2-to-partner and partner-to-APBB2 results are reported.
