Across TCGA cell cohorts, APBB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,464 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APBB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, Regulation of cell-matrix adhesion, and Regulation of hippo signaling. Each is linked with APBB2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APBB2-to-partner and partner-to-APBB2 results are reported.
