APBB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APBB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APBB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Annexin-1, and ATM. Each is linked with APBB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APBB1-to-partner and partner-to-APBB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by APBB1-low versus APBB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APBB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APBB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
