APBB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APBB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 263 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APBB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, SPAG11A, and KRTAP4-5. Each is linked with APBB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APBB1-to-partner and partner-to-APBB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by APBB1-low versus APBB1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APBB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APBB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
