Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APBA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,271 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APBA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLLT6, HBA1, and MIR615. Each is linked with APBA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APBA3-to-partner and partner-to-APBA3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APBA3 versus MLLT6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APBA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→APBA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
