Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, APBA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APBA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13C3, ACOD1, and BARHL1. Each is linked with APBA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APBA3-to-partner and partner-to-APBA3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13C3 grouped by APBA3-low versus APBA3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APBA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→APBA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
