Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APBA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,998 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APBA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF3C, OCA2, and HRK. Each is linked with APBA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APBA2-to-partner and partner-to-APBA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APBA2 versus KIF3C in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APBA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APBA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
