Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APBA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,705 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APBA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2M, RPF1, and GPATCH3. Each is linked with APBA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APBA2-to-partner and partner-to-APBA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2M grouped by APBA2-low versus APBA2-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APBA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APBA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
