Across TCGA patient cohorts, APBA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APBA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bap1-c-4, 14-3-3_beta, and Fibronectin. Each is linked with APBA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APBA2-to-partner and partner-to-APBA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bap1-c-4 grouped by APBA2-low versus APBA2-high in STAD.
