Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, APBA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,565 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APBA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAT8L, MACROH2A2, and SLC22A17. Each is linked with APBA2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APBA2-to-partner and partner-to-APBA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APBA2 versus NAT8L in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APBA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APBA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
