APAF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APAF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,116 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP9, HCAR3, and CCRL2. Each is linked with APAF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APAF1-to-partner and partner-to-APAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APAF1 versus AQP9 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
