APAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,568 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHVIII-5-1, RNU4-79P, and PANK4. Each is linked with APAF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APAF1-to-partner and partner-to-APAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHVIII-5-1 grouped by APAF1-low versus APAF1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
