AP5M1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP5M1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,776 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP5M1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAA35, HSP90B1, and PPP2R5E. Each is linked with AP5M1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP5M1-to-partner and partner-to-AP5M1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP5M1 versus NAA35 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP5M1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP5M1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
