Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP5M1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,822 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AP5M1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRB5, TMC8, and KCNE1. Each is linked with AP5M1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP5M1-to-partner and partner-to-AP5M1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP5M1 versus LILRB5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP5M1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP5M1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
