Across TCGA cell cohorts, AP5M1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,902 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP5M1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle tethering, Negative regulation of chromosome condensation, and Nuclear transport. Each is linked with AP5M1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP5M1-to-partner and partner-to-AP5M1 results are reported.
