AP5B1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AP5B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,657 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP5B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNX3, SETD1A, and AXIN1. Each is linked with AP5B1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP5B1-to-partner and partner-to-AP5B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP5B1 versus PCNX3 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP5B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP5B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
