AP5B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AP5B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 600 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP5B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE9, OR52E4, and NUPR2. Each is linked with AP5B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP5B1-to-partner and partner-to-AP5B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASE9 grouped by AP5B1-low versus AP5B1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP5B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP5B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
