AP4E1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP4E1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,601 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP4E1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM20, THNSL1, and KCNAB1. Each is linked with AP4E1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP4E1-to-partner and partner-to-AP4E1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP4E1 versus TOMM20 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP4E1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP4E1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
