Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP4E1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,183 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AP4E1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF4P2, TARS1, and KIF23. Each is linked with AP4E1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP4E1-to-partner and partner-to-AP4E1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATF4P2 grouped by AP4E1-low versus AP4E1-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP4E1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP4E1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
