AP4B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AP4B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 153 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP4B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE1C, PFN3, and IFNA4. Each is linked with AP4B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP4B1-to-partner and partner-to-AP4B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE1C grouped by AP4B1-low versus AP4B1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP4B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP4B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
