AP3S2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP3S2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,616 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP3S2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FAM98B, SLC2A1, and MPI. Each is linked with AP3S2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP3S2-to-partner and partner-to-AP3S2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP3S2 versus FAM98B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP3S2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP3S2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
