AP3S1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP3S1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 563 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP3S1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP46, YWHAQP7, and MAP3K4-AS1. Each is linked with AP3S1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP3S1-to-partner and partner-to-AP3S1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP46 grouped by AP3S1-low versus AP3S1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP3S1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP3S1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
