AP3M2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP3M2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,910 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP3M2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLB, VDAC3, and NSD3. Each is linked with AP3M2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP3M2-to-partner and partner-to-AP3M2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP3M2 versus POLB in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP3M2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP3M2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
