AP3M2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP3M2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,117 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP3M2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR509-1, ESS2, and TTC28. Each is linked with AP3M2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP3M2-to-partner and partner-to-AP3M2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR509-1 grouped by AP3M2-low versus AP3M2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP3M2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP3M2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
