Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP3B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,732 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AP3B2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AP3B2_S272, AP3B2_S735, and MYEF2. Each is linked with AP3B2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP3B2-to-partner and partner-to-AP3B2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP3B2 versus AP3B2_S272 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP3B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP3B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
