AP3B2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP3B2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP3B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, eIF4E, and Bad_pS112. Each is linked with AP3B2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP3B2-to-partner and partner-to-AP3B2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by AP3B2-low versus AP3B2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP3B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP3B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
