Across TCGA cell cohorts, AP3B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,601 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP3B2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Purine ribonucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with AP3B2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP3B2-to-partner and partner-to-AP3B2 results are reported.
