Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP3B1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP3B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, FoxM1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with AP3B1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP3B1-to-partner and partner-to-AP3B1 results are reported.
