AP2M1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP2M1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,729 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP2M1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-718P, OR52J3, and RNU6-543P. Each is linked with AP2M1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP2M1-to-partner and partner-to-AP2M1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-718P grouped by AP2M1-low versus AP2M1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP2M1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP2M1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
