AP2M1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AP2M1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP2M1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMX1A, GP9, and MTRNR2L10. Each is linked with AP2M1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP2M1-to-partner and partner-to-AP2M1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LMX1A grouped by AP2M1-low versus AP2M1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP2M1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP2M1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
