AP2B1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP2B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,272 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP2B1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC1, TBCD, and TAF15. Each is linked with AP2B1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP2B1-to-partner and partner-to-AP2B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP2B1 versus DNAJC1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP2B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP2B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
