Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP2B1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,606 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AP2B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCN2B, SVEP1, and LRRN4CL. Each is linked with AP2B1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP2B1-to-partner and partner-to-AP2B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP2B1 versus SCN2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP2B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP2B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
