AP2B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP2B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,561 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP2B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS19BP1, RN7SL472P, and SNAI3. Each is linked with AP2B1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP2B1-to-partner and partner-to-AP2B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS19BP1 grouped by AP2B1-low versus AP2B1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP2B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP2B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
