Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP2B1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AP2B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and PCNA. Each is linked with AP2B1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP2B1-to-partner and partner-to-AP2B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by AP2B1-low versus AP2B1-high in UCEC.
