Across TCGA cell cohorts, AP2B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,880 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP2B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell division, Canonical glycolysis, and Glucose catabolic process to pyruvate. Each is linked with AP2B1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP2B1-to-partner and partner-to-AP2B1 results are reported.
