Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, AP2B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AP2B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL3, PRAMEF10, and PRAMEF17. Each is linked with AP2B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP2B1-to-partner and partner-to-AP2B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL3 grouped by AP2B1-low versus AP2B1-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP2B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP2B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
