AP2A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP2A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,733 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP2A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAP1L4, TRIM3, and PARVA. Each is linked with AP2A2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP2A2-to-partner and partner-to-AP2A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP2A2 versus NAP1L4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP2A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP2A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
