AP2A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP2A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,582 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP2A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAB2, ZCCHC24, and OLFML1. Each is linked with AP2A2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP2A2-to-partner and partner-to-AP2A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP2A2 versus DAB2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP2A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP2A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
