AP2A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP2A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,870 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP2A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA8, MCM10, and PRC1. Each is linked with AP2A2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP2A2-to-partner and partner-to-AP2A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA8 grouped by AP2A2-low versus AP2A2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP2A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP2A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
